Job Title: Inventory Analyst, Supply Chain Operations

Purpose and Scope
The Inventory Analyst, Supply Chain Operations shall provide support to the Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services in Scripture orders, Scripture inventory, and logistics for international countries. The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, analyzing inventory trends, and ensuring the efficient distribution of resources across our global network. This includes analyzing inventory and demand data to ensure that Scriptures needs are appropriately identified, verified, and fulfilled in over 185 international countries and supported national associations.
Essential Job Functions
Scripture Inventory and Demand Analysis
• Receive, and process international outreach Scripture orders submitted by national Scripture coordinator, national leadership team, or regional director
• Assist regional leadership with inventory management and demand analysis based on annual projections
• Work with the International Division as directed to manage projections and Scripture orders and inventory
• Collaborate with Scripture Publishing and Procurement to:
o research and provide information on orders, goals/projections and inventory, and statistics to executive leadership as requested
o organize International Headquarters-managed warehouse and Inventory Hub fulfillments and maintain healthy inventory
• Monitor, and provide reports related to Scripture order projections, goals, and inventories to senior leadership and other divisions as needed
• Assist Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services to compile, monitor, and report KPIs including but not limited to inventory status, trends, and potential issues
• Assist Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services to develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts
• Assist Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services in tracking International Country Scripture inventory and storage evaluation
• Assist Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services with inventory management, reorder points, and order tracking at the regional Scripture Inventory Hubs
• Analyze, evaluate, and refine inventory management processes to ensure maximum efficiency
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
Global Supply Chain & Logistics Department Support
• Assist Global Supply Chain and Logistics with projects as needed
• Ensure coordination/interface of Global Supply Chain and Logistics with all other International Headquarters divisions, to include upcoming events
• Assist the Manager, Supply Chain Operations and Services by collecting data as well as drafting and organizing reports
Other Essential Functions

Work Environment and Time Requirements
Climate-controlled office environment
8-hour workday
Variations in work volume sometimes require extended working hours

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Three to five years of experience with logistical operations and administration, preferably in an international setting
PC experience, especially in Microsoft Office applications
NetSuite experience preferred
Successful completion of a drug and background screen
